- Do not tease or make fun of people because of their weight. Try to be aware of and supportive of those who are concerned about their food intake.
- Encourage more sidewalks, better lighting, and safer neighborhoods, where people can walk.
- Encourage the development and use of hiking and bicycling trails’ and make use of those that are available.
